30 Day Return Policy

The 30 day guarantee covers all Aloe Vella products sold directly from the Aloe Vella website.

If you ordered an Aloe Vella product and would like to return it, please contact us at the email or phone number below 
within 30 days of your order date , and we will respond to your inquiry as fast as possible during our business hours.

There are certain restrictions to our generous return policy:

        
  1. You must request a return within thirty (30) days of your order date.
  2. You must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number before you send back your items. Your number will be issued by a Customer Service rep and will be necessary to complete the return and refund. Returned products without a return authorization number will be refused.
  3. Once you receive a RMA number please package your return and write the return order number clearly on the package.
  4. Please ship the package to AloeVella Returns, 3401 W Hillsborough Ave, #1067, Tampa , FL 33634-9998
  5. Your refund will be issued via the same method that payment was made. If you paid with your credit card, your refund may not appear until next month's statement. If you paid by check, your refund will be issued by check.
  6. If you are returning multiple quantities of the same item, one jar may be open, but you must return the addition jars un-opened and in a non-tampered condition.
  7. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
  8. Returned orders totaling more than $75 will incur a $10 restocking fee.
  9. No returns will be accepted if postmarked more than 30 days after the date of your order.
  10. All returned orders marked "Return to Sender" will incur postage due charges, and will not be accepted after 30 days from the order date.

For products damaged in shipping or lost orders: We will assist you in filing any claims that need to be filed with the shipper, then refund payment or replace the product upon the successful completion of that claim. Ojas LLC and Aloe Vella do not represent or guarantee that UPS or USPS will accept any and all claims, however. Any refunds or replacements are subject to UPS or USPS, whichever is the shipper, terms and conditions. Ojas Enterprises LLC and Aloe Vella are not responsible for lost, damaged, delayed, or mishandled shipments.

For errors in your shipment (wrong or missing product): It’s required that you report the error within the time limit of 30 days from the order date by emailing or calling Customer Service. We will investigate your claim. If you are missing a product or products in your order, we will immediately ship the product(s) to you at no additional shipping cost to you.
